[00:00] good morning gang it's Friday how you [00:02] feeling feeling good [00:05] um [00:05] I want you to think about five things [00:07] today [00:08] um [00:09] I saw a quote and it was if you're in if [00:12] you know you're in a bit of a crappy [00:14] place [00:15] um are you setting the bar low enough [00:18] so are you doing the things that you [00:21] deem as mundane that could actually [00:24] small building blocks the little one [00:27] percent improvements that will help you [00:30] in the long term [00:31] so five things I want you to think about [00:34] today [00:35] can you do all five or can you make a [00:38] step to improve any of the five [00:42] um [00:43] are you sleeping enough so are you like [00:46] up all night on your phone scrolling [00:49] playing computer games [00:51] um you know watching anime like watching [00:54] porn I don't know whatever any of those [00:57] things can you reduce them now over the [01:00] next couple of days improve your sleep [01:01] are you drinking enough water two to [01:04] three liters a day [01:05] are you exercising obviously if you're [01:08] exercising you should probably drink a [01:10] little bit more water [01:12] um and then every day for the next like [01:15] five days do something for yourself and [01:18] don't feel bad about it so like go for a [01:22] walk on your own [01:24] don't feel bad about it Go and like get [01:27] up early catch the sunrise [01:30] catch the sunset like whatever you're [01:32] into do something for yourself play [01:34] guitar [01:36] um go and play golf with your friends go [01:39] and have a drink don't go too mad go and [01:41] have like a drink [01:43] um work on yourself and don't feel bad [01:46] about it and the last one is talk to [01:48] someone [01:49] so I'm not saying you go and talk to you [01:52] know talk to somebody you trust and it [01:56] doesn't have to be your friends or your [01:57] family if you're worried about sharing [02:00] something how you feel with your friends [02:02] or family that's normal that's [02:04] absolutely fine you've got all this [02:06] pressure all this weight on yourself [02:07] don't feel pressured to have to talk to [02:11] a family member if you're scared of [02:13] their reaction scared of their judgment [02:15] embarrassed whatever talk to whoever [02:19] somebody you trust could be a friend [02:21] family someone in your social group [02:23] doesn't have to be face to face WhatsApp [02:25] somebody like whatever like social media [02:28] any social media you want to do even [02:31] speak to a relative stranger speak to [02:34] your Barber like if you're a young guy [02:36] there you is surprising how much like I [02:40] know from being on the other side of the [02:41] chair how much people talk to me about [02:43] their problems or not problems just [02:45] their lives it doesn't have to be a [02:46] problem but offloading getting somebody [02:48] else's input is really important and [02:52] they'll help to like calm you down [02:53] rationalize stuff anyway we get into [02:56] that three minute Mark whatever you're [02:58] doing today absolutely smash it you're a [03:00] legend
